Healthy Halloween Dental Tips

Halloween is around the corner so here are our tips for keeping it fun and healthy for the kids!

  • Drinking water after those spooky treats
  • Making sure to brush and floss twice a day
  • Timing – trying to limit to 1-2 treats after a meal rather than snacking throughout the day – saliva flow will increase after a meal, to help neutralise any acids produced by the oral bacteria
